I joined Burges Salmon as a trainee solicitor in September 2011 and qualified into the employment team in September 2013.I advise both employers and employees on the full range of employment matters. I have experience in the following practice areas:1) advising clients through all stages of Employment Tribunal claims;2) disciplinary and capability issues and negotiating employee exits;3) general employment matters including grievances and investigations, discrimination and family friendly rights, redundancies and restructuring;4) contractual and non-contractual employment documentation, including contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements, settlement agreements, employment policies and procedures and employee handbooks; and5) training and workshops on the latest developments.
