Immersed in the financial services industry for over a decade (2004-2015), Katie recognized the value of coaching and development among the leadership community. Leaders have a lot of influence. Katie began her journey into coaching in 2013 with the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly the Coaches Training Institute), an internationally acclaimed coach training platform. In 2014 she launched Katie Wright Professional Coaching, and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2015. In 2018, with extensive coaching experience and proficient demonstration of core coaching skills, she received her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) attained through the International Coach Federation. Throughout her coaching career she has taken various leadership development courses and training to strengthen and develop herself and her craft. Prior to coaching and entrepreneurship, Katie's role in financial services + wealth management provided her the opportunity to work directly alongside a team allowing her to utilize and further develop her learned marketing and communication skills.
