I'm a university Subject Matter Expert on disability, accessibility, relevant disability law and industry trends. I develop and maintain operational protocols and procedures in compliance with Augsburg University policies and relevant disability laws. Leadership within this role also focuses on department oversight, operations, and staff supervision. I'm an advocate and strategic leader for university accessibility and a DEI trainor/facilitator around disability.
