As a member of the Employee Engagement & Change Management team, I worked with clients to engage, inform, connect and inspire their workforce and navigate periods of change. Work included supporting organizations undergoing restructurings and transformations to inform key stakeholders in the right tone and at the right time and ensure leaders and employees were aligned and equipped with the resources, tools and training they need to succeed and drive value for the business.

Joined communications team at its inception. Developed and implemented internal and external communications, change management and employee engagement strategies for a multi-billion dollar international foundation completing grant making by 2016 and closing its doors shortly thereafter. Developed and executed external communications strategies to: raise awareness of the foundation's priorities and achievements; amplify the work of its grantees; position the CEO and other leadership as industry experts; and share lessons learned. Developed and executed internal communications, change management and employee engagement strategies to: ensure all employees and grantees had clarity about the foundation's priorities and limited life timeframe; build awareness and pride among employees about the foundation's work and achievements; and navigate periods of change, including leadership transitions, restructurings and the execution of the foundation's plans to spend itself out of existence.Results included: Two successful CEO transitions; top tier media placements; wrote all CEO letters and numerous columns and speeches; produced Atlantic's 30th Anniversary report, including managing contracted writers, editors and designers; wrote select content and ensured project was completed on time and within budget; managed audio and video storytelling initiatives, including pieces later picked up by Upworthy and Buzzfeed; managed three global staff conferences held in the US and in Ireland, overseeing content and agenda development and all logistical coordination, as well as several public lectures and events.

Devised and implemented proactive and strategic media campaigns for corporate and nonprofit clients in the Global Issues Communications group. Projects ranged from a teen dating violence awareness campaign to an online gambling regulation campaign and the release of a groundbreaking study documenting a significant decline in the number of wars, genocides and human rights violations over a decade, among others.

Supported the development and execution of various strategic and crisis communications strategies for companies, boards and executive management teams experiencing a number of issues including litigation, product launches, bankruptcies and restructurings, executive transitions, earnings announcements and financial transactions.
