Personally, I was born and raised in Orange County, CA and recently relocated to Chicago, IL. I graduated from the University of Alabama where I studied Public Relations and Services Marketing and was passionately involved in the Greek Life system. I have a rich background in the fine-dining restaurant industry, which instilled in me a passion for problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering first-class customer service. While out of the office, I love cooking, fitness, cheering for Alabama football, and exploring the city of Chicago.Professionally, I am an Account Manager at TransPerfect. With annual revenues of more than $1.1B, TransPerfect is the world’s largest language services provider. We are excited to support our clients in a wide variety of ways - from translation, to interpretation, contact center support/BPO, website localization, digital strategy, training, and more. While TransPerfect supports clients across all industries to expand globally, I am focused within our Life Sciences Division. I empower our clients to accelerate the development and commercialization of life-saving medical technologies to improve patient outcomes across the world. My role as Account Manager is to serve as first level of support our biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO and Medical Device clients, with industry-leading global content solutions and specialized solutions, developed by an organization with 30+ years of experience in the life sciences field.
