Responsible for the technology and products HR vertical (engineering, products, data and design), of more than 2300 employees.Leadership of a weekly strategic agenda with 7 CTOs, for mapping needs, surveying opportunities and strategy designs, action plans focusing on career, culture, development, turnover, employer brand leverage, recruitment funnel, talent density and others.Management of more than 30 people in Development and Learning, Compensation and Analytics, Business Partners, Communication, Employer Branding and Recruitment products.

After Guiabolso’s acquisition by Picpay, I was responsible, in terms of People, for the entire tactical and strategic process of the merger between the companies, taking into account the business, culture and all the processes involved in this transition (communication, guidelines, benefits, remuneration etc.)
