Hungary

ALDI, in cooperation with ROKSH launched its online 3rd party grocery services in Q3 2020. I was managing the ramp-up phase of this project with my amazing and passionate team. Our goal was to have our services ranked among the favourite online groceries in Hungary. In addition to the E-commerce activities, I was responsible for overseeing the SAP Rollout for CI in Hungary.

Austria

Introducing SAP into an existing company architecture is always a challenging period from which you can definitely learn a lot. I could make the most of it during my expat days at the Hofer headquarters in Austria. I am really proud of the identity management model we created and introduced for Austrian end users. Moreover, I had the chance to support both the cutover and the hypercare phase following the go-live of the pilot distribution centre.

I am really grateful for the tons of hands-on experience I gained as an area manager at the beginning of my career. Each workday brought different challenges and I really liked the wide range of variety of tasks I have been dealing with. Leading and being responsible for more than 100 employees in 5 ALDI stores has always made me proud.
