Continuing my education in the nutrition and dietetics master's program at MSU-Denver!

Provide customer sales and service support for Golden-based outdoor apparel company.

I am grateful to increase my experience in nutrition as a practicum student/student intern for the KRNC. This wonderful opportunity is helping me continue towards my goal of receiving my Masters degree in nutrition and dietetics and becoming a Registered Dietitian! Created educational flyers for CSU campus regarding exercise & nutrition, constructed a blog post about the importance of rest days for fitness & nutrition goals, shadowed & learned from RD's in patient appointments, assisted in leading a community cooking & nutrition education class, created a patient handout on the vagus nerve & gut health, and presented a final educational project for the KRNC staff to reference in patient treatment on the interactions between exercise & gut health.

A student in the CSU Honors program Majoring in Health and Exercise Sciences with a concentration in Sports Medicine & a Minor in Nutrition. Completed Senior thesis on plant protein sources and female fertility.

Graduated from Golden High School

Provided sales and customer service for the Golden Sweets Ice Cream Shop and the Blue Moose gift shop.
