Inmiddels bijna de opdracht bij Fjuze tot een goed einde gebracht. De opdracht was de organisatie HR compliant te maken, onder meer vanwege de per 1 januari 2015 (flexgedeelte) en 1 juli 2015 (ontslagrecht) in werking getreden/te treden Wet werk en zekerheid (WWZ). Diverse contracten (arbeids-, opdracht- en stageovereenkomsten) zijn opnieuw opgesteld. Een medewerkersmanual op basis van de kernwaarden van de onderneming is geschreven. Verder zijn functieomschrijvingen en competentieprofielen geïntroduceerd, is een beoordelingssystematiek geïmplementeerd en zijn de beoordelingsgesprekken gevoerd en verwerkt. Daarnaast nog een aantal aanvullende arbeidsrechtelijke en HR gerelateerde vraagstukken behandeld. Fjuze is klaar voor de WWZ.Kortom: een brede, uitdagende en inspirerende opdracht afgerond bij een heel leuk bedrijf met geweldige mensen. Op naar de volgende opdracht, wie biedt!?
