Since 2016, as an independent consultant, I specialize in property openings across sectors, strategic realignments, team & executive development, and start-up consulting. As a consultant, I provide invaluable business and financial planning guidance to SMEs across sectors. I successfully build and reposition entities to maximize shareholder value, increasing profit for SMEs and global corporations. My expertise encompasses business analysis, strategic organizational development and implementation, along with hospitality specific financial management consulting aimed at enhancing companies' top and bottom lines. I developed and implemented top-line strategies for a serviced apartment group. Reported to the executive board, increasing occupancy from 20 % to 80% in one year. I spearheaded the EU market entry for a U.S.-based hotel amenity manufacturer for Caudalíe and Aveda, working with R&D, product, and marketing teams to meet E.U. regulatory requirements. By prioritizing a collaborative approach among diverse teams and stakeholders, I am able to efficiently meet financial and strategic objectives in a way that integrates as opposed to alienates. In the long run, this approach aligns teams towards the company's vision and financial goals, driving sustainable results as opposed to short term bursts of improvement.
