College Possible’s college access and success programs empower students from under invested communities to achieve their goal of earning a college degree.As a National Lead Program Design and Network Engagement, I was responsible for leading the organization through program design conceptualization and implementation for 15,000 college students annually. I built and maintained strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to assure impact and cross-team collaboration in seven cities across the nation. I facilitated organization-wide conference calls with up to 50 department leaders and managed multiple external partnerships along with senior leadership to align with organizational objectives.I was a leader on creating Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs for effective data management and analysis. I administered and maintained Salesforce database of over 300+ users annually and developed custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support needs of organizational teams.
