Team The Hague University is one of approximately 20 participating teams to the yearly event The Race of the Classics. This event is the biggest sailing competition on classical tall ships for students. Every ship houses a team from one of the Dutch universities; during this event students from The Netherlands get to connect and compete with each other and the partners of the participating teams.As team captain I had to maintain contact with our partners, the organisation committee and other team captains. Furthermore I had to supervise my board and arrange meetings. The main activities of the whole board were to make sure our equipment was safe and tested and that we had enough sponsors and partners to help us cross the sea to England. Next to that ao I worked on our public relations.

Assisting in running projects of the R&D packaging platform at Danone Nutricia Research.

For my graduation thesis I worked as a Packaging Engineer at Danone Nutricia Research. I analysed a packaging process and made a cost analysis of this packaging for the Early Life Nutrition division.

As a secretary it was my job to keep in touch with our participants, to make sure we had all their data and that they received the necessary information and to make minutes during our weekly meetings.Next to that I also did acquisition and PR towards our partners and other competing teams.

Rezoning of an empty unit. As an intern consultant I worked on an innovative use of a barren business unit. To optimise the idea I had contact with the owner, prospects and other companies interested in participating in the solution I imagined.

I have made an analysis of the design process and the involvement of different departments into this creative process. Subsequently advised IIC for a reorganisation and a different approach towards the involvement of different divisions.
