With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, I have led and contributed to various projects and processes that shape the future of electricity markets and tariffs in Denmark and Europe. As the former Head of Analysis and Models at Energinet, I managed a team of over 15 professionals who provided analytical support for decision making on network and market development. My core competencies are: moving processes and projects towards their targets and goals, developing and leading high-performing teams, and impacting energy regulation in the areas of power markets, renewables, thermal production, and infrastructure development. I am passionate about creating sustainable business solutions that balance the needs of customers, producers, regulators, and the environment. I have a PhD in Environmental Economics from the University of Copenhagen and I speak German, English, and Danish fluently.
