When I was offered the opportunity to have more family time and NO DRESS CODE, I made the change back into the construction industry. I work closely with developers, architects, engineers of multi-family and senior living apartment homes as well as our construction site personnel. I enjoy the flexibility of working in an office or spending time at construction sites in jeans and sneakers. Major BONUS: I have the time to pursue my passion in health and wellness.

Combining my experience as a Front Desk agent with Concierge knowledge, I met the most interesting and kind guests at the Prestige lounge. Having to meet high expectations from our leadership as well as guests in terms of customer service and attention to detail, I found a new appreciation for those who work in the customer service/hospitality industry.

1,200 check ins? Lost room key (or roommate, boyfriend, girlfriend…) at 3am? Wanting to check in at 9am after a sold-out night? Just another day at the Palazzo. But also… the best team members to work with, amazing hotel suites and outstanding customer service.

My 1st experience in the construction industry started with a start up HVAC company. My duties included over the years office supply orders, payroll data entry, A/P and A/R invoicing. As the A/R administrator for the plumbing division, I was responsible for timely monthly billings and collecting outstanding monies.

My first experience in the hotel industry and I loved it! The incredible people I was able to work with and learn from, the history of an amazing city and last but not least, the delicious food! I was taught reservation systems, how to handle guest challenges, planning gatherings from a small luncheon to weddings.

Just back from working for Club Med and settling in Munich, working for a tour operator was a great fit for me. I worked closely with travel agencies and direct customers, booked flights and hotels in Turkey and the Dominican Republic.

Fun, fun fun! "Working" in the child care center of Club Meds in Switzerland, Greece, Florida and the Dominican Republic. Making sure the little ones have a great time while parents are out sight-seeing or enjoying sports activities. Extra bonus: Met my husband while working in Florida
