Paptic Ltd is focusing on replacement of plastics by renewable and recyclable fibre based materials. My role as BDM was to engage new customers and end-uses with Paptic material.

As an Application Manager in Mondi Štětí a.s. I was responsible of release liner qualification at customer processes and setting up the product specifications. As a Project Manager in the Štětí PM6 project, I was responsible for leading a team owning the functions of quality management, product R&D, product safety and output control and setting up procedures for these functions.

As a product development manager for ream wrappers, I was responsible of launching new initiatives with customers and implementing long term development plans. Daily work as technical sales manager included claims resolution and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders.

With the KCL acquisition, I became responsible for named key accounts and internal sales network at VTT. Along my sales responsibilities, I continued to work as a project manager and technical expert in various projects.

I worked as a project manager and technical expert in various customer solution projects supporting their R&D operations and problem solving cases. I was responsible for creation and steering of consortium project build-up and deal finalizing. Worked also as a Product Manager for KCL Printing School.

I was working with global Tetra Pak projects. The tasks varied from creation of global in-plant operations to aiding contract preparations for new in-plant agreements.
