Accenture Technology organization / Accenture's Products, Management and Technology Unit / Center of Excellence (CoE): team lead for a 30-person group of Front End Developers (React, Angular, and HTML), UX researchers, and UI/UX designers. Accenture Technology / Products and Platforms UnitMy role was to build (recruit and manage) a small team of user experience designers to work on our many internal POCs and demos that we were building together with our partners. We created a design system that could be used as a Sketch library for designers, but also each component could be used in front-end development with HTML, Angular, and React. We launched 5 different releases of this system and it included more than 50 re-usable UI components. The system was developed based on the needs of different client projects, every component was usability and accessibility tested, and all the components could be found from our internal web pages.
