This approach has helped me establish strong connections in the international tech scene.Since 2015, I've played a key role at FinTech VisualVest, part of Union Investment Group, initially as an advisor and later as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer. My responsibilities include leading innovation, marketing, product management, and sustainability efforts, emphasizing the cultivation of an agile mindset throughout the organization.One of my ventures is ID4me AISBL, a non-profit advocating for an open internet, reflecting my commitment to fostering open, collaborative environments. From 2019 to 2024, I've been part of SPRIND, the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation's initial setup team, and I share my expertise as a lecturer at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). As of July 2023, I joined the Open-Xchange Supervisory Board, contributing to the world’s largest independent email provider, with more than 220 million users globally.My tech industry journey began over 15 years ago, establishing the Digital Marketing & Product division for the international eCommerce specialist asknet in Karlsruhe, San Francisco, and Tokyo, and leading global marketing and sales as VP Marketing, Sales and Business Development post-IPO. This role was pivotal in driving growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Additionally, as a certified Scrum Master (CSM), I've implemented agile methodologies, guide teams to apply values, principles, and practices to build an agile mindset contributing to a dynamic and collaborative culture and fostering a productive environment. Known for being people-oriented and possessing high emotional intelligence, I am passionate for supporting team growth and excellence.My commitment extends beyond professional achievements to human rights and environmental advocacy. I've co-created IDEASchool and became a ClimateRealityLeader with Al Gore's Climate Reality Project in 2018. I also serve as a jury member for the Constructive World Awards, an award for constructive journalism initiated by FOCUS online.In 2019, I was honored with the "InspiringFifty DACH" award, recognizing my efforts to promote diversity, innovation, and leadership in tech.
