Katrina is a driven professional who began her professional life as a Russian Linguist in the US Army. Since that time, and springboarding off of the skills she acquired during her service, she has excelled at providing analytical analysis, process improvements, organizational structure, and communication guidance to companies of all sizes, including Starbucks, Meijer, Home Depot, HP Europe, and more, for over 20 years. Katrina’s diverse background and experience levels have enabled her to find and implement, out of the box solutions to complex problems in multiple diverse industries. She has developed and implemented supply chain solutions, distribution networks, inventory rationalization and reductions, resulting in savings on average of $5M - $65M dollars annually. Through such optimization and analytical projects, she has acquired skills in end user products such as Llamasoft, i2 Supply Chain Strategist, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other software packages.In 2014, Katrina’s experience and acquired/innate talents were translated into the emerging field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications where she was CEO and Co-Founder of SkyGen Aviation. In this role, she provided organizations with implementation guidance and regulatory approvals as they implemented UAVs into their core business models. From this experience she added the following to her unique talent pool: skilled drone pilot flying enabling planning and implementation of data acquisition missions ranging from agricultural health, 3D Modeling, and imagery services used in large pit mining operations.In 2017, Katrina was sought by BridgeNet International, an aviation consulting firm located in Southern California. She joined BridgeNet as the Vice President of Operations where her taskings have included streamlining current business activities, implementation of programs and contracts, and developing the business analytics product offering.
