Adept at negotiating offers Ownership of pipeline management including proactive sourcing via LinkedInFostering trust between Recruitment and the Business through frequent stakeholder meetings with executives within Proxima to calibrate our talent goals Overseeing all campus recruiting and graduate recruitment up to and including grads' first day on the job for both US and UKOwnership of all campus related activity and developing strong relationships with universities' employer relations teamsManaging and developing one direct reportExperienced in senior hire recruiting and comfortable discussing / negotiating with top senior-level talent in the Procurement industryResponsible for onboarding scheduling activities including organization of in-office onboardingRegularly coordinating in-office recruitment events and, more broadly, office-wide events
