 Supervise a team of 4 Technicians, 2 Stockmen and 3 Service Center Coordinators for the repair and after sales concerns of Powerhouse Products Coordinate, activate and monitor Powerhouse Service Centers all over the country for their repairs and spare parts requisition in their area Monitor repairs and keep records on accepted repairs at Powerhouse Service Center - Main Branch and ensure that the process is strictly implemented and adhered to. Approve repair charges based on  Powerhouse Warranty Policy Matrix and coordinate between technical team and sales team on the progress of pending repairs Monitor parts and prepare spare parts order from supplier based on frequency of spare parts repairs and stocks on hand. Identifies parts commonly repaired and provide reports on repairs based on manufacturing defect in order for supplier to address the issue Report to Warehouse Manager and Company CEO all issues and come up with possible solutions to address immediate and urgent issues. Product validation, testing and sampling.
