With over 20 years of work experience in diverse projects, I am a Senior Director of Change Management, Communications and HR Planning for EMEA at Marriott International, the world's largest hotel chain. I hold the PMP, PRINCE2, and PROSCI certifications, and I am an accredited trainer with City & Guild.My core competencies are strategy execution, organisational transformation, IT system implementation, culture and brand development, and event management. I have successfully led and supported multiple initiatives that enhanced the performance, efficiency, and engagement of Marriott's teams and operations across the region. I am also passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of children around the world. That is why I serve as the Chairwoman of Gulf for Good, a non-profit organisation that organises adventure challenges and fundraises for children's charity projects.
