I also lead a $100k research, insight and conversion optimisation project (i.e. learning what people value and will pay for from an online newspaper) and was part of the team that launched digital subscriptions for The Herald Sun. It was a blast and I learnt loads. :) -
Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract Role)Bskyb Jan 2011 - May 2011London, United KingdomI spent 5 months contracting with Sky, while I worked out what I wanted to do with my life. The conclusion was go and travel around the world for 9 months. However, during my time there I helped them launch the brand new HBO channel, Sky Atlantic, promoting the fantastic $60m blockbuster show Game Of Thrones as well as their brand new TV on demand product - Sky Anytime+.I was also responsible for a £500m budget to send out the weekly Sky Highlights email. This email was designed to keep customers aware of all of the awesome TV shows they could watch through their Sky package, tell them about exclusive screenings they could go to and generally maintain a relationship with them and keep them engaged. -
