I am a Psychology major at Tallahassee Community College seeking a master's. As a motivated individual, I am skilled at taking on challenges and finding creative solutions to problems. What motivates me the most is the opportunity to impact the world around me positively. Whether through work or extracurricular activities, I always strive to do my best and inspire others to do the same. I have sought therapy services for eight years in the Psych field and attended one year of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Through this course and strength through therapy, I have acquired knowledge that can benefit everyone around us, and I intend to focus my career on DBT.When it comes to leadership, I believe in leading by example and empowering others to reach their full potential. My leadership skills include strong communication, strategic thinking, and motivating and inspiring others. I define my values as honesty, integrity, and a commitment to always doing what's right, even when difficult. I have worked every job imaginable and continuously showed up to each position with immense effort.My leadership philosophy is centered around the idea that everyone has something valuable to contribute and that we can achieve great things by working together. My mission is to create a more positive, safer, and inclusive world where everyone feels valued and supported. My vision is to make a difference in the world by helping others and learning from every opportunity and challenge that comes my way.
