Katlego Israel Mongale holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Katlego is currently working as a Junior Mechanical Engineer in the automotive/mining industry where his responsibilities include going to site to investigate, providing technical support to the clients and assisting the sales team with DPF demonstrations and prototypes throughout the sales process. He also assesses clients and business needs, designing and doing Quality Control on the designed Systems. He kicks started his career working as a process technician where he was exposed to the engineering industry and has acquired a lot of experience. He was tasked to run projects and help develop (Continuous Improvement), and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. He was also working closely with the Quality control department to maintain the quality of the manufactured products according to their specifications. He is a young self-motivated individual who is very passionate about Engineering. Katlego is a good problem solver on specific project/plant problems (fault finding). He can relate well with people from different backgrounds and has proven to be a good team player through the different projects he has been involved in. He has acquired planning, organizing, excellent communication skills, and time management skills. Furthermore, He has excellent knowledge of software packages like SolidWorks, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project. He enjoys computer drawings, editing videos, and producing music in his spare time.
