I am experienced in customer-centric roles that help companies and individuals achieve their goals in a fast-changing world. I am curious about history and innovation in order to understand the big picture. I currently learn IT knowledge (e.g. UX/UI Design, Blockchain and e-Governance Technologies, ChatGPT4, and Data Analysis) with an aim to contribute to Estonian success stories with online tools.I hold a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Tallinn University (Recreation Management), and I studied tourism with an Erasmus+ exchange programme in Denmark. In order to further improve my professional English, I have attended a TOEFL language course at Tallinn University of Technology, as well as a Marketing and Communication course at Estonian Business School.I have gained local and international experience in project & event management, tourism, and intercultural communication. E.g. I have organized international events for up to 2000 people in my early 20s and led a 3-day-long Estonian wedding´s cultural programme in cooperation with Estonian Public Broadcasting, featuring in the evening news. I have been a host and organizer for a song competition for student organizations and several international students' welcome and farewell events (up to 500 participants), and multiple European Students Forum´s Summer Universities. I am happy that most of these events have allowed me to introduce Estonian culture. In tourism, I have organized horse riding and canoe trips and led children's camps. I have been a tour leader for travel tours in Nordic countries. I have been trusted to be responsible for several NGOs' and private companies' websites and social media accounts.In 2020 I went to New Zealand with a 1 year Working Holiday Visa hoping to work in tourism to gain more international experience. Due to the strict COVID-19 regulations and visa restrictions (temporary employment contract), I decided to work in something essential - I led the logistics unit of a retail company for nearly 2 years. I received 4 times 6 months extension to my visa, also travelled the country, and worked as a personal assistant and office temp. I have worked in various countries, including Estonia, Finland, Switzerland, Italy, the USA, Denmark, and New Zealand. Brief work visits have taken me to Norway, the Faroe Islands, Spain, Thailand, and the Philippines. Kevin Kelly once said, "Traveling is the most intense mode of learning." Effective intercultural communication enhances development and innovation. My goal is to bring my diverse experience to the workplace.
