I am passionate about teaching people simple ways how to save lives, how to care for people.I have been working in the medical field over a decade (in military and civilian system). Started as a military medic, then registered nurse and now I am an emergency care nurse/nurse practitioner. Most of my service years I have been teaching conscripts paramedic skills, military personnel tactical combat casualty care before deployment and last years I have been teaching war and disaster medicine to nursing students. But to keep up with all the rapid changes in medicine, so that my hands wouldn't tremble at the sight of blood I am working also as a nurse practitioner on an ambulance leading a team of three. I have been deployed as a nurse twice - to Afganistan and on board of Spanish Navy frigate on Mediterranean sea. These two deployments gave me a good international experience. People are capable of doing amazing things. Sometimes they just need a little push. So, I am pushing my students. To make the world a little better place I also contribute to the community by giving health-related classes to our local elders. But I am not only passionate about teaching and medicine. I am into travelling, reading, riding a motorcycle. I love new challenges so I can also push myself. I am persistent but I can also ask for help if needed.It's not all about teaching medicine. It's about communication, different projects, working with people. I am opened for new experiences.
