Assist HR Director with payroll entry - add new employee information to third party online data base - create and maintain detailed handbooks and procedure manuals - audit daily sales, monthly revenue reports, and payroll program to find and correct errors - record daily revenue for locations in various areas in the county - enter and pay bills - prepare monthly revenue reports, expense reports, membership reports, and pro shop sales goals reports - reconcile bank accounts and credit cards

Work with tennis professionals to build weekly lesson and clinic schedules- develop weekly employee schedules - manage scheduling and billing ofsummer camps - complete monthly inventory of all items sold in the pro shop - greet members and schedule lessons in person and by phone - create and maintain positive relationships with all members - record sales into point of sales system
