Collegiate chapter supervisors utilize their experience, leadership, and coaching skills to ensure chapter advisors, advisory boards, and officers have the knowledge, skills, relationships, and confidence to promote a positive member experience built on engagement and sisterhood.

In 2019, Gamma Phi Beta introduced The Clara Project, a series of long-distance learning opportunities for members seeking to enhance their board-level competencies and develop high-level leadership skills.The Clara Project represents new leadership development and educational opportunities for our alumnae members, in addition to preparing interested.

• Mentor and coach chapter officers and members by leading educational conversations thatpromote reflection and action to prepare them to embrace the roles and responsibilities ofmembership and develop competency in.
• Encourage and reinforce chapter and officer success on a consistent basis by reading monthlyofficer reports and following up to determine best solutions and praise accomplishments.
• Contribute to and foster open communication throughout the chapter and facilitate resolutionsby using strong conflict resolution skills and coaching collegiate members to do the same.
• Hold the chapter accountable to setting and working toward goals that promote improvedchapter operations or culture and completing the chapter operations expectations.
• Guide the chapter in developing plans in compliance with international Gamma Phi Betaguidelines and expectations as outlined in the Collegiate Operations Manual and chapter officerresources.
