A writer and editor with 25+ years of experience, I've always loved to play with words. I reported for local newspapers and eventually freelanced as a ghostwriter before working on my own site as a writer and advocate (KatsCafe.org). I've edited books for publication, providing developmental and grammatical editing for fiction, nonfiction, religious, and academic press. I started working as a technical writer because I love breaking down complex ideas. I fell in love with WordPress over 13 years ago when I created my personal advocacy site, Kat's Cafe. Within a couple of years, I was helping others maintain and troubleshoot their own WordPress sites. I created Kat's Media (now KatrinaMoody.com) to help smaller businesses and brands with their WordPress site design, creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting needs. I've had around 10 years of customer support experience and a few years of product support experience.
