Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, accountable for overall event direction including; strategy, brand development, income generation, partnerships and programming, through to marketing, operations, production and evaluation.

Successfully lead all aspects of Brighton's annual multi-venue music festival. Developed and implemented the event strategy, drove all income generation and oversaw artist programming, B2B and B2C marketing, creative content partnerships and event production. • Through 9 years leading The Great Escape, it became firmly established as Europe's leading festival for new music.• Developed the event commercial strategy to secure significant funding and investment from commercial sponsors, international industry clients and public funders.• Increased attendance by 400% and directed the first ever sold out festivals (2012-2015)• Increased PR and marketing reach from 30 million to 200 million globally.• Provided a significant showcase platform for over 4,000 emerging artists over nine years.• Participated in the Mercury Music Prize judging panel, 2014 and 2015.
