Hello I am Kat! I have over 30 years of classical dance training and performance experience with a B.F.A. from Northern Illinois University in Theatre & Dance with a specialty in Dance Performance. After graduating in only 3 and a half years, I began working for Disney Cruise Lines, Coyote Ugly Saloon, Hooters, Millers/Coors, Playboy, & studios across the nation. I have also received my Power Pilates full apparatus certifications. I am a certified massage therapist qualified in Swedish, circulatory, deep tissue, sports, and neuromuscular therapies.
