Leading a small team which is mainly responsible for HelpDesk, L2 and L3 support for an international company. I'm responsible to maintain, plan and improve the project I'm leading and to provide HelpDesk, plan projects, develpoments, creating documentations, day-to-day communication and work and to supervise the project. Also ensuring teamwork and to meet with the requirements of the customers.My main tasks and responsiblites:-Leading the HelpDesk team and providing HelpDesk,-Leading and working together with L2, L3 support-Planning, executing and supporting international development projects-Implementing new systems, devices and softwares to the actual network/system-Creating documentations-Responsibility for Windows and Linux servers, Vyatta firewalls, HP switches, Synology NASes and other network devices-Supervising, managing and helping day-to-day work-Daily communications with partners, clients, the executive team and other 3rd parties-Administration

The company provides helpdesk and system administration services to other companies. The primary company I'm giving IT helpdesk services is Terracycle Inc.My main responsiblities and tasks are:- Supporting clients, installing and setting up softwares and systems, daily problem solving, managing daily requests using mainly: Skype, Teamviewer, mailing, Google admin, GAM, Samanage, F-secure, Redmine, google drive, etc.- Daily communication with clients via skype, email and phone (English)- Using and managing ticketing system (Samanage), managing solutions, knowledge base, ticketing- Creating and managing user accounts, mail groups, aliases, etc.- Documentation (problem solving processes, installation, terminal commands, etc.)- Occasionally help level 2 support with tasks, testing, setups, installations, etc. (Checking servers, manually check backups, generating vpn keys, managing additional settings on NASes, servers, PBX, Active Directory, etc.)- Managing Google Apps: - Google Admin (Users, groups, email, etc. administration), Google docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Backupify, etc.- Administration (Maintenance, administrating user data, creating charts and monthly and weekly reports, etc.)

The company develop and distribute agricultural softwares known as JD Office (the official software for John Deere machines and monitors) and Agrar-Office. (GIS, Queries, SQL Queries, Field register, Contract register, Hungarian standard forms, maps, talkingfield maps, application maps, etc.)My tasks as a software consultant:-Helping clients with our software, solving problems, installation, updating via phone or skype (Support) (Using Teamviewer, FTP servers, cloud applications, developement forum, etc.)-Correcting and updating databases, maps, indexes.-Documenting errors, sending in to Polarion system (ticketing)-Creating and using maps, AB lines, talkingfield maps, application map, soil sampling maps, etc.-Testing the software updates and android softwares (Collecting data and send it to the developement forum or via email to programmers; managing sent in change request, feutare requests, deflects, error reports)-Creating and managing webpages in drupal (basic CSS knowledge, basic SOE, design, managing news, etc.)-Supporting marketing and sale activity via phone and online-Managing and helping marketing activity (Managing website news and updates, facebook, google+, online advertisement /google adword, facebook ads/, creating full page and half page sized ads for magazines in photoshop and indesign, sending out brochures, etc.)-Translating (emails, webpage contents, brochure contents, the software updates, installers, android, windows phone and iOS softwares, etc.)-Creating design elements for webpages, brochures, marketing pieces, software logos, etc.-Communicating with foreign colleauges in english, assisting programmers, helping developement, sharing ideas and client requests with programmers and company leaders.-Software presentation with PPT at agricultural events-Administration (writing and sending out company letters, writing updates and software disks for customers and sending out, emails, using excel for creating and managing charts, etc)
