Katongo is currently the Business Development Manager at Crowe Zambia Chartered Accountants and is part of the team that delivers the overall Crowe Global Strategy in Zambia.She is responsible for building the organization's local relevance and delivering value through identification of new business opportunities, stakeholder engagement and partnership development activities with clients.In addition, she is responsible for developing and implementing engagement plans for each stakeholder group, with a clear account management strategy for monitoring and reporting performance periodically.She is also responsible for the day to day internal and external communication of the Crowe brand in Zambia.
