Administrative Coordinator
Current• Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers, including receiving quotations, negotiating pricing, drafting contracts/proposals and arranging meetings;• Managing application for projects, including preparing tender documentation, ensuring full document package timely submittal, drafting and negotiating contracts, assure timely implementation of the milestones, preparing exit documentation and final inspections upon project completion• Overseeing day-to-day operations for the office, including but not limited to coordinating office activities, serving point of contact for internal/external communication, planning and coordinating meetings, budget planning and preparation, monitoring milestones of set annual/semi-annual and quarterly goals, invoicing, reconciliation of financial reports, generating reports, analyzing data and providing recommendations for final decisions• Enhancing publicity of the company, by closely working with marketing department and creating new ways to spread the information about company (advertisements, promotion, B2B and F2F meetings, etc.)• Improving and maintaining current CRM, assuring the information is up to date and clean, ready to use
