Hi/Tere! 👋🏻 Thank you for checking out my profile. Here are some of my interests:- Understanding large systems through a systems-thinking approach, creating assumptions, and providing validation for excellent results;- Facilitating different workshops (F2F and online) through different platforms (Miro, Figjam, Lucidspark) on different topics (finding priorities, how we define agile and success, innovation, team building, roadmapping, working agreements, defining the boundaries, North Star, OKR, etc.) to improve brainstorming and promote inter- and intra-team collaboration;- Building synergy between team members by listening, coaching etc.;- Getting the most out of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) by teaching, mentoring, and coaching;- Emphasising a data-driven mindset and visualisation of different improvement areas so the work can be more productive. Personally, I like to dabble and experiment in different areas, in order to increase company effectiveness.
