As CCE Lead I was responsible for the design and execution of theorganizational change management plan, incl. leadership alignment, communication, resource planning, determining organizational alignment needs, and initial training. I led the design, development and execution of Integrated Change Plans for a large complex SAP project, including leadership alignment and stakeholder management and all other change, communication and education activities.

As Business HR Manager I was responsible for planning, directing and implementing human resource strategy, policies and processes that support the overall business strategy. I drove talent management and engagement in the business unit and would partner with the business in order to ensure business objectives were achieved through the implementation and follow through of high standard HR processes. I drove integration initiatives and applied change management practices in order to achieve a fluent integration of the multiple business lines we had.

Oils Europe, one of Cargill's business units. The primary focus of this position was to develop, roll-out and promote the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Talent Management process, which included the selection, development and retention of the right people, in alignment with business goals. My main accountabilities were: define and lead the SWP and talent management process, create a development culture and provide development solutions.

In this position I was responsible for managing and delivering HR services and ensuring the seamless execution and coordination of all HR processes to multiple locations (Izegem, Gent, Antwerp), covering multiple business units, and for supporting the implementation of the strategic goals of the different business units on location level. During this time I managed a couple of reorganizations, including preparation of the reorganization based on future strategic objectives, negotiating social plans with work's councils, follow-up of all redundancies. I joined Cargill after the acquisition of the crush, refinery and bottling facilities of Vandemoortele. As Management Trainee I supported the HR manager Belgium in integrating former Vandemoortele employees in Cargill. Amongst others I implemented Cargill recruitment and learning and development process, policies and procedures.
