Role and responsibilities: - Define the annual communications plan in collaboration with the external communications function and the international communicators’ network- Ensure the internal circulation of strategic messages, business and staff information, through the development of publications (newsletters, activity overview, presentations, directory, …) and tools (videos, intranet, … ); and the organisation of meetings (executives’ and staff meetings) and events (information forums; networking events; team building events).- Secretariat of the Executive Committee, responsible for the organisation and the minutes of the bi-weekly meetings.
