🙋‍♀️ ABOUT.... ME:* As a clinical psychologist driven to put my enthousiasm and expertise in human resources and public relations towards your company. After my studies in Clinical Psychology, I started in the Pharmaceutical space (as medical representative in 1999 for Innovex) where I convinced doctors to prescribe medical products from Pfizer and Yamanouchi. Due to my remarkable results in a short time as best sales performer for the Lenexa Health Care Team (2000), I got the opportunity to start as internal recruiter for Quintiles (former Innovex).From then on, I build an experience with more than 10 years in the selection and recruitment of different functions (Sales/ Marketing/Medical) and at various levels (middle managers, senior to senior- executives level) in the pharmaceutical area. Also I was responsible for the commercial prospections with clients active in the Pharamaceutical, Biotech and Medical Devices companies. In addition to those tasks in the pharma area, I analysed the care support market and helped different hospitals with the search of medical profiles (Geriatrician, E.R. Doctor, Physiotherapist,…).The past 7 years I worked in a more PR/ marketing oriented function where I was responsabele for the organisation of scientific events for the hospital in Aalst (A.S.Z.). My key responsabilities? Full organization and being present at network meetings (50 -100 participants) and symposia (till 500 participants)to promote the hospital’s medical services in the field of medical practioners.
