As the lead of Telia Finland´s Consumer Business functions communications my role is to make Telia´s purpose come alive through engaging, inspiring and impactful external and internal communications. I´m responsible for the Consumer functions comms strategy, yearly plans and focus areas in addition to executing communications with first-class results. To achieve the goals I boost visibility in media and our own channels, support thought leadership building, foster change and strategy communication as well as handle various issues/crisis communications situations when needed with the help of Telia Finland´s comms team members. Telia´s Consumer businesses focus – and my focus – is on topics such as TV&content, networks and sustainablility.I lead various virtual teams and projects. I´m also a member of Telia Finland's B2C management team where I support the business with different comms solutions, coach and advice our leaders in communication matters. In my MT role I also contribute in the overall B2C business with my thoughts and views. During 2021-2022 one of my most important projects has been to build impactful ways of working, set daring goals and drive our common communications strategy with C More, our new Telia colleagues. I addition to this my focus is on i.e., leading and executing new ways of communicating to our new, larger 1 000+ employee’s Consumer Business function.

During 2019 one of my most important projects was to lead the Bonnier Broadcasting (MTV, C More and Swedish TV4) acquisition communications in Finland both externally and internally from planning to execution with our team to various stakeholders. In the projects Nordic communications stream I continue actively to drive the integration forward from the communication perspective now that the deal is closed.

As Head of PR in Finland and a member of our Nordic and global PR teams my key responsibility was to turn business strategy into successful PR and social media initiatives, plans and actions in Finland. Monitoring the media and social media were essential parts of my work as also measuring and reporting results. I drived contacts with traditional media and produced content also to social media followers to offer stakeholder relevant insight and of course ensure capitalizing on ie. the most relevant global research to enhance awareness of EY and its top professionals and services. As I was also part of the Nordic internal communications team my responsibility was to support the CEO and business management in Finland, engage in change communications and act in daily internal communications.

Supporting the company strategy in developing, planning and implementing Daily games ‐business units media relations and PR. Establishing and coordinating a SoMe-team aiming to strengthen reputation and produce company content in social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube).

Planning and implementing both external and internal communications such as corporate, PR and marketing communications, HR/strategy and change communications. Intranet editor‐in‐chief. A dedicated PR/media relations resource to Brand and customer ‐unit (2013‐2014) and Daily games ‐business unit (2014). Developing and focusing on media research and measuring, brand and reputation communications, social media, lottery winners media relations and crisis communications. 2011-2013 took care of employer branding and recruitment communications.
