After 10 years in big corporations, I jumped into a fast-growing service production start-up. Working as a Sales Director I applied customer-centric thinking into 𝐁2𝐁 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬. That proved to be a successful recipe. After seven years we operated internationally with 100-people talented crew.My versatile background helps me to observe matters from various perspectives. During the last years I have devoted my time to 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. As a coach I am encouraging, goal-oriented and customer centric. I am deeply interested in understanding people, our motives and beliefs, and how our minds work.
