I have extensive experience in development and management of international networks, projects, organisation of large multi-cultural events.Having worked for public, private and non-profit sector, I possess competences relevant for cross-sectoral cooperation and multi-disciplinary setting. I have been in management position and thus can provide organisational planning, analytical thinking and strategic development.As a lecturer and entrepreneur, I am able to get my message through, mentor for development, find right networks and impactful solutions. I have a good record of working well in multi-cultural projects. My three children have taught me very good time management, team bulding and conflict resolution skills.Life-long learning is one of my interests and I am constantly in search of new knowledge and experiences.

In autumn and spring we arrange rafting trips on the rivers of North-Estonia. We organise all-year-round bog-shoeing tours to North-Estonian mires and forests. Snow-shoeing and kicksledding trips take place in winter. Our trips are suitable for young and senior adventurous hikers and previous experiences are not necessary.
