Support to achieve maximum product availability & effective demand management of all products (finished goods, third party items, raw materials & spare parts), in balance with industries best in class inventory turns. Support maintaining appropriate inventory levels within region in close conjunction with business partners (field sales organizations, marketing, finance, international DC’s). Key parameters are order fulfillment, delivery reliability (OTIF), pro-active availability information, inventory levels (EOC & field), scrap & obsolescence costs.

Direct contact person for loaner operation at the EOC and Medtronic International Customer Service groups concerning loaner orders, reconciliation of orders, loaner billing orders and demo event orders. Working in close cooperation with loaner operation, Sales Offices, product management, marketing, and business management from the diverse region’s, shipping department and supply chain. The challenge of a loaner coordinator is, getting scheduled order shipped as complete as possible and to deliver as requested, get to know the customer and customer requirements, take care of their orders, demo events and reconciliation of orders.

Development, design, documentation and implementation of labeling and final packaging of medical devices and accessories to be used for human implant, in accordance with Medtronic policies, procedures, standards, product specifications, and EEC and international regulations and requirements.
