I'm responsible for overseeing the complete production chain of learning content and the e-learning platform, working with subject-matter experts, project management and instructional designers. Currently I’m striving to streamline the process of collaboration while ensuring high-quality learning products.

The betterplace academy was a government-funded project to teach digital literacy skills to the NGO sector. My role was significant and my overall accomplishments included implementing an online learning platform, developing a learning strategy and establishing a pool of strong partnerships. Course topics ranged from setting up inclusive websites to understanding algorithms, and many, many more in between.- Selection, implementation and maintenance of an online learning platform- Development and continuous expansion of a didactic concept across multiple formats such as live sessions, webinars and self-paced learning- Collaboration with internal and external subject-matter experts and learners to create learning content in alignment with the academy’s overall strategy and the funding’s goals- Conception and organization of special learning formats, such as crash courses, digital conferences and workshop days

I led the team of student services and examinations office at this private university and its joint executive education program. Over the years I took on several roles, such as project management (e.g. implementing a campus management system) and event management (such as Graduation Day). Financial reporting and quality management of the programs of study were two key aspects of my everyday responsibilities. In my role as the administrative liaison, I worked closely with the Vice President, the professors and the chancellor of the university. Personnel management responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, annual goal agreements and salary negotiations, as well as identifying and empowering personnel development.

Extensive administrative management of the Hamburg campus (approx. 200 students). My role was both strategic and operational: I led 2 FTE and we worked together in the examinations office, student services and all other daily aspects of helping students succeed during their course of study. I also held courses in the Career Center and was responsible for event management such as informational days and 1st-year orientation.

Responsible for student services and admissions at a private university of approx. 1,800 students. I was the first point of contact for current and prospective students, passing on information and providing guidance in all academic and organizational matters. I planned and coordinated the application and admissions process and developed and held monthly informational events.

I researched, approached and corresponded with both national and international executives, clients and partners. Our executive-level recruitment specialized in the fields of logistics and renewable energy.
