My career experience and skills started in marketing and branding which over the years has also expanded into construction and building development. My experience in this industry consists of 5 years of developing thorough plans and efficient strategies to accomplish medium to large-scale projects. I have worked on large commercial and family construction projects from start to finish. In these projects, I have had to inspect, write reports, identify violations of regulations, building occupancy, building sites, and related matters to ensure compliance.I am able to maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards, and can also adapt to frequent changes in priorities. Over the years, i have built and maintained long-lasting working relationships with both clients, staff and all trades. As a Site Supervisor, my leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. I also believe in fostering a supportive environment that allows my employees to take pride in their work. I am able to successfully present complex ideas with a high degree of clarity and recognize and properly lead change in all types of organizations. I have devoted my career to developing proven strategies in order to meet or exceed client expectations.In addition, to the above i possess considerable knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling elements. I have hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and equipment and modern machinery.
