I have worked in Customer Focused environments for over 20 years. Most of my experience is within call centers both inbound and outbound. Currently l am a Program Manager for Wellspring Medical at Home. We are affiliated with Community Health Network based in Indianapolis, IN. I have worked for CHN since 2012. I began as a Customer Service Rep brought in to assist in the growth with an E Commerce company at that time called Homehealthmedical.com. In 2014 I took over the role as the Program Manager and managed the business until March of 2015 when it was then acquired by the for profit side of the company. At that time we changed our name to Wellspring Medical at Home. I manage the new online website WellspringMedicalAtHome.com. I work with our vendors managing our product costs and items that we carry on our site. I also assist in managing our offsite locations and have worked to create a new online ordering system for those sites as well as continued work to improve our processes and online stores. I work closely with our business development team to look for new opportunities within our network and assist in the implementation of those locations. I have worked in IT Project Management for 3 years supporting 24 Million dollars in contracts. I have created and implemented training for Project Coordinators, Delivery Leads and Delivery Managers. I work directly with Clients and created reports specific to the clients needs and managed budgets to make sure we stayed on task with the budget received by the client. I have interviewed prospective employees and worked with the employees with onboarding and assisting them with getting acclimated to company processes. Lead Team and Individual meetings.
