I currently serve as a Rotational Intern in the Office of Human Resources in the Pathways for Recent Graduates Program.In this role, I am rotating through three divisions of the Office of Human Resources in order to learn skills such as Federal Staffing, Federal Executive Staffing, Employee and Labor Relations, Workforce Development and Training, and Federal Human Resources Policy.

As a Human Resource Specialist at Glenridge HealthCare Solutions, LLC, I provide enterprise leadership for two business units (including parent company, WhiteGlove Health Inc. located in Austin, TX) in the Human Resources function to develop and implement strategic and streamlined policies and procedures that are consistent with corporate goals, and align all Human Resource activities with these goals and priorities. This position has allowed me to leverage my skillset and fast-track my experience by working closely with corporate executives of two quickly expanding companies. In a very short time, I have been called upon to be on the front lines of leading and maintaining a Human Resource Department that is fully-equipped to navigate today’s HR atmosphere. I am responsible for leading and executing the hiring processes for both companies including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of candidates and employees. I am responsible for employee benefits enrollment and verifying employment documentation including I-9 documents. Additionally, I lead and maintain employee performance records, including 30/60/90 evaluations, quarterly scorecards, and year-end reviews linked to performance-based compensation. I also develop and lead monthly HR Events, encouraging employee engagement through team-based activities. Seeking PHR Certification, May 2015.
