Within the Tax Return Processing Unit of a private tax Administration organization with municipal clients; I collected, verified and entered clients tax information. I also handled customer service, client Accounting, and corrected client’s information. Additionally, I answered Tax questions, filed tax information and mailed tax forms.Working for the Postal Service, I worked in automation, where I operated the Barcode sorter and OCR machines, where the mail was fed into the machines by zip codes and sorted into boxes manually. I also worked in first class mail, and the docks where I prepared mail for air planes and trucks. Maintain a quick and courtesy checkout process by supporting and monitoring customer traffic, placing back- up cashiers, baggers and providing personal assistance to the front-line, when needed. Ensure compliance with our exchange and refund policies and procedures. Work with the front-end associates to assists with customer challenges and questions. Create and enforce the Daily Front-end Objective, enabling a smooth flow and more productive working environment. Ensure that the Front-end register areas have ample amounts of supplies. Assist with the interviewing and hiring of front-end associates, scheduling, pay roll.
