For over 10 years, I have designed and implemented effective compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and policies that align with the business goals and values of each company.My career began in Talent Acquisition and then into Compensation and Benefits and evolved to include linking C&B to Performance/ Talent Management/Payroll and agile Learning and Development solutions. This will assign all roles to a new job profile catalog with an accompanying career path mapping to sit on top of a new Compensation framework which is job family based. This framework pays particular care to optimize usage of Workday and enable reporting for EU Pay Directive. Workday worksheets enable accurate realtime tracking and analysis. My role is to lead the design process for the new Compensation framework, and, to facilitate and ensure the global rewards team is best placed for the successful timely launch of the new architecture (incl governance of same) and in addition, to oversee day to day Global Rewards activities. • In January 2025, this position will relocate permanently outside of Switzerland.
