The non-profit AWITA is a membership organisation that brings together women working in the arts for Networking, Mentoring and Professional Development events.I am responsible for AWITA’s online communications through the website, regular member’s newsletters and Social Media. I curate a regular Instagram feed that advertises upcoming AWITA events, highlights the accomplishments of our members and recommends exhibitions.I manage the logistics of our in person events, including: invitations, the RSVP list, the venue staging, and the speakers and VIP guests.I helped transition our in person events programme into an online one. In thirteen weeks of lockdown, AWITA hosted over 30 speakers from London, New York, Moscow and more. I organise the logistics before, during and after all online events on Zoom.

Piota is a specialist provider of engaging mobile applications for the education sector, with over 500 apps available for Google Android and Apple iOS devices. Piota needed additional support to enter registration data for these applications. I was trained in their GDPR compliant data entry process, and help whenever they need specialist, accurate data entry for their clients.

Led the marketing committee, where we decided on a theme, organised all the necessary printing as well as planned the marketing strategy.Member of the creative committee, we planned the events for the week, ensuring a wide variety and spread across the days.Contacted guest speakers and booked the rooms for various events.Through our facebook page, where our digital event advertising took place, I increased our post engagement by 788% and the people reached by 373%.

The aim of this project is to create a museum within the stadium. I helped develop the displays and participated in archival work using the Europeana platform for digital collections.I also helped with developing a series of short films exploring the Football clubs engagement with women in sport, disabilities in sport and dementia in sport.
