Over the course of the year was been responsible for:•Developing key deliverables: training needs analysis, training strategy & plan and the training curriculum. •Producing a number of high quality work instructions and quick reference guides using Next-Gen Comms, and E-Learning modules for the Program using Captivate software, the first time this was done at the client for an IT project. •Working closely with business stakeholders as well as functional resources to deliver high-quality training across a number of business areas, demonstrating her strong communication and organisational skills.

• In this role, Katrina was solely responsible for drafting and managing the Project Service Plans and Change Proposals for any additional works done at the account, which contributed to ~$3million of incremental revenue to the project and overall profitability of the account. Katrina also managed the internal sales process for the account, inputting, updating and tracking all sales opportunities end-to-end.• Katrina played an integral role in managing the financials at an account level. She was responsible for sending and tracking all invoices to the client; liaising with CFM and Contract Mgmt. teams; developing and analysing the monthly financial reports and doing deep-dives where necessary to understand discrepancies and impacts to the monthly and annual CCI. When Accenture won a large multi-million dollar deal, Katrina brought her strong analytical skills to develop an in-depth knowledge of the CTA, and aligning it to internal financial systems. She played a crucial role in helping senior leadership understand the contract and suggesting remedial activities, and was recognised for this. • Katrina has also played a PMO and service delivery role, including Disaster Recovery and incident mgmt. roles.
